How the Wi-Fi coverage guarantee works

Select One NZ Broadband services include access to SuperWiFi.
When you redeem your SuperWifi, we will send you two Deco Mesh WiFi Nodes and we guarantee that you will get a reliable WiFi signal throughout your home, or we will give you a $100 account credit.

Once you are connected, if you don't think you've got wall to wall WiFi coverage, we'll work with you for up to 30 days to ensure your coverage reaches every room. This may include:

• Over the phone support.
• Remote network speed tests.
• We may also send you one additional SuperWiFi node at no additional cost.
• An in-home visit from a Tech Solutions Technician to optimise the SuperWifi set up in your home.

If you're still not happy after we've tried to fix it, we will credit $100 to your One NZ Broadband account.
However, the $100 credit guarantee does not limit any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
