How do we use the IoT Managed Platform?
The IoT Managed Connectivity Platform can assist you by allowing you to deprovision and stage connections as you work through your deployment.
What does "4G-compatible" mean?
Will our SIM cards be affected?
At a minimum, 4G Band 28 support will be required. Still, support of additional bands will provide better performance in specific scenarios.
For the foreseeable future, our bands include:
- 4G Band 1 (2100Mhz)
- 4G Band 3 (1800Mhz)
- 4G Band 7 (2600Mhz)
- 4G Band 28 (700Mhz)
- 5G n78 (3500Mhz)
Will our antenna still be supported?
To find out if you need to replace your antenna, you'll need to contact your antenna provider. Our supported LTE frequencies are LTE 700MHz (Band 28) at a minimum, and we also provide additional LTE 1800MHz (Band 3) frequency support in some areas.
