Surcharge Fee
A 1% surcharge fee applies to all Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB credit and debit card payments, when paying online by Direct Debit or One-off payment. This will be added to your total monthly bill and show as a single transaction on your card statement.

Important things to know

A late payment fee may be applied to overdue bills.

About Direct Debits.
  • It takes 5-10 business days from receipt to set up a Direct Debit request via post or email.
  • The first payment will take effect on the next months' invoice due date after the direct debit authority is set up.
  • If the direct debit is set up between the date an invoice is generated and its due date, the payment won't be automatically taken on that due date. You will need to arrange payment by another method.
  • Direct Debit payments will occur automatically on the due date and the full invoice amount will be taken.

About payments.
  • One NZ accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB.
  • One NZ is PCI compliant, which means we're able to process, store or transmit credit card information in a secure environment without having to keep your credit card details stored in our system. This is standard banking practice, and complies with the Global Credit Card standard.

Our Bank account numbers.
We have different bank accounts for different account types, which means that you need to know what your account type is first, before making a payment.
